Cinema on the Border

The Sonoran Institute of Culture and BAC teamed up to facilitate a two-day, binational workshop in Douglas and Agua Prieta, led by Luis Carlos David. Participants were encouraged to submit short films showcasing life on the border for the “Cine en La Frontera” (Cinema on the Border) contest.
